Krav Maga Conditioning utilizes the discipline of Krav Maga combined with effective athletic training techniques, and has become a powerful tool for people of all ages who want to feel leaner, stronger, and more balanced in body and mind. Our program is carefully designed, incorporating scientific methodologies with a wide variety of training and conditioning techniques to ensure energy, functionality and fun!

About Us

Koch Martial Arts In 1990, Koch Martial Arts started as a traditional Taekwondo school for children and adults in Newport, Oregon. Over the years we expanded to three locations on the central Oregon Coast and offered a variety of programs including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts and pre-school aged classes.

In 2009 we sold our schools in Oregon and relocated to Pompano Beach so we could live in an area with warmer weather and more people for our new Krav Maga Worldwide(TM) Official Training Center that specializes in reality-based self defense and fitness training for adults.

We all know the new craze of working out is muscle confusion. These classes are designed to work around that 'plateau' that people get once their bodies get used to the same routines.
